Our Remote Online Notary service allows clients to complete notarizations securely through approved audio-visual technology. This option is ideal for busy professionals, out-of-town clients, and anyone who prefers a convenient online process.

- Acknowledgement – $5, $2 per additional signature
- Taking Oath / Affirmation – $5

Administrative & Travel Fees
- Administrative Fee – $30
- After Hours Administrative Fee – $50
- Travel Fee – $0.75 per mile (round trip). Rounded to nearest dollar.
- Non‑Notary Witness – $25
- Digital Transfer Fee – 3%
- Courier Fee – $30 for documents notarized by us, $10 for documents not notarized by us. No charge on signings over $100.
- Cancellation Fee – Agreed upon fee minus any stamp fees
- Late Fee – 15% of total on invoices not paid within 30 days
